Metal Sugery was called due to a spoke that cracked in half.

The Problem

This gear's spoke cracked in half during production.

The Fix

Metal Sugery was given 6 shifts to complete repair. Metal Surgery arrived on Saturday and worked around the clock and welded and stress relieved this gear in 6- 12 hour shifts through thunderstorms and 60 mph winds suspended 70 feet from ground level.

The Results

The repair was a success and was completed in the time required.
